Would this psu be good enough

I was thinking about building a htpc/light gaming rig and i found the corsair cx430 power supply. Its a 430w 80+ bronze psu. Would it be able to power a core i5 4460 and a nvidia gtx 750ti?

Yes.

I can manage an i5 4670 and a Radeon R9 270X, so you should be just fine.

The PSU more than likely isn't Haswell compatible.
