Would this PSU handle 4 x Gigabyte 7950's well?

Hello everyone

I'm currently having one XFX 650W running two Gigabyte windforce 7950 and it's running at almost full load and is making a terrible noise.

I'm considering to upgrade to having 4 x 7950's and i'm thinking of replacing the XFX with possibly this one http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139014.

Would this be able to power the 4 7950's enough? And if so would it be close to max load? something to note is that all 4 cards will be running at full load 24/7.

1. You can't upgrade to four GPUs since there are only three PCIE 16X slots.
2. The last 16x slot runs only at 4x speed - bottleneck.
3. Even going beyond two GPUs won't make much sense because of CPU bottleneck and various software incompatibilities problems.

And on a side note, if this is for gaming, it is a complete waist of time, money and effort.

Unfortunately I live in Sweden and can't buy it from here. Also I would prefer not to upgrade my motherboard.
I'm using the GPU's to specific purposes where it doesn't matter what slot it's connected to, only that the GPU can run at full load
