Would this rig be good?

I'm thinking about upgrading my current PC. Would this run most modern games on max settings?
ASRock Z87 Extreme3 (http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/Z87%20Extreme3/)
i5-4670K (http://ark.intel.com/products/75048/Intel-Core-i5-4670K-Processor-6M-Cache-up-to-3_80-GHz)
Crucial 4GB DDR3 1600 MHz
ASUS GTX 660 DirectCU OC (http://www.asus.com/Graphics_Cards/GTX660DC2O2GD5/)
If not what should be better?

You would need a stronger GPU if we are talking 1080P resolution, GTX770 or r9 280X would do it but GTX760 which is about 25% better than the 660 would be close.

I would also recommend 8 gigs of ram. Good quality PSU 600+ watts.

Can we have your actual build ? Like the others said, you'll need 8 GB of RAM and a better GPU, such as the GTX 760 or GTX 770. The best aftermarket brands for GPU are ASUS, Gigabyte and EVGA.

Depending of your actual PSU, you may need a bigger one in order to run your new GPU. More RAM also consume more power.
