Would this router setup work? (need help soon-ish)

Ok so I need to know if this setup would work:

Please don't ask.... I just need to know if both PCs would be able to get a good wired connection or if having the routers daisy-chained like that would even be possible... thanks.

If you turn off all the 'router' functions in router #2, then yes. It will be just like a $15 switch.

In router 2:
Turn off the DHCP
Turn off the firewall
Turn off anything that makes it a 'router'.

Connect the ethernet cable to one of the LAN ports in Router 2, not the WAN port.
