Would this setup work?

Since i dont know really much of these computers i decided to come here and ask if this setup i did would work. My budget is 900€ (1200$) and this setup costs 850€ + shipping which is ~50€.
So if this setup will work ill order these parts. I checked these parts from mindfactory.de but i put amazon links below so you can watch those. And excuse me if my english is bad.

CPU: AMD FX-8350 4.00GHz
GPU: XFX Radeon R9 270x
Mobo: Asus M5A97 Evo R2.0
CPU Cooler: Zalman CNPS10X
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 8GB 1600
SSD: 120GB Samsung 840 Series Evo
HDD: 1000GB WD Blue
Case: Bitfenix Shinobi
Power: Corsair CX750
OS: Win 8

If Gigabyte's UD3P is cheaper, I would get that, it's a nice budget board if you're looking to save

I would consider Seagate HDDs as well if price is cheaper

Instead of a CX750 I would suggest a XFX 550/650 or something from the GX/TX Crosair lines, Seasonic or something. The CX is the budget line from Corsair after all

Everything else looks good. If the MX100 or Corsair LX is cheaper, I would consider those SSDs as well

Looks good, I'd change the PSU, with your rig a good 500 Watt PSU is plenty
