Would this system be enough for GTA V. BF4. DayZ and other upcoming titles?

Hey yous,

I am building a pc and asked several questions about them before and i have came to decision.

Powercolor HD 7870 O.C - AMD FX 6300 - Asus M5A97 R2.0- Gskill RipjawsX 8GB Ram- 1 TB WD Harddisk - Xigmatek Asgard 600W

I am planning to play GTA V, BF4, DayZ on ultra-high. Would it let me down?.

Note: I will play on 1080p.

It's great for 1080p gaming, mostly high I would say in GTA V because it is open world and the FX 6300 is quite weak for that matter but the other games like BF4 should get you anywhere from 50-60fps on ultra with that 7870

You definitely are not going to play bf4 on ultra setting and maintain 60fps. the 7950 holds about 50fps on ultra with AA. I dont know exact specs on 7870 but it would still be quite respectable on High settings. Also you never mentioned a screen res. so I am giving you ball park figures. Ditch that power supply for something like a corsair 650w and you will have a good gaming rig.

I would hardly say that the 6300 is a weak proccessor for gaming.

I would say it's weak for open world games like GTA V

Eh ill be playing it on lowest settings 720p with my 6670 and fx 6300. If it does not work well Ill try like hell to make it work
