Would this wall radiator work for a silent PC build?

I think it might look cool, mounted to the right side or top of a case. I was thinking the pump might need to be stronger to drive this type of radiator, but maybe someone can clue me in on the facts there.

Depends on that parts that are in the system. That heatsink only dissipates 425w.
You will also have to worry about if the fittings will work.
I dont know how well that will work in all honesty. Id imagine your system would run hotter than normal. Maybe 80-85c under full load after 30 minutes. I may be wrong though. Ive never personally used a passive system. I have water cooling with a decent amount of rad space but I always have fans spinning at low speed
