Would i be able to run world of warcraft with good fps and graphics? and wat is the best graphics i can have with a decent fps? also will i be able to enter dalaran with playable fps ??

If you play games at lower resolution than 1600x1200 then it will be good for you...but if you expect more than that then...specify your budget for the new graphic card

im on a 15inch monitior so what resolution shud i be using?

You'll be lagging bigtime for sure when it comes to large raids or densely populated zones and cities if you're playing even on a 20" monitor even on medium settings. I would strongly recommend a better graphics card regardless.

If you're on a budget, a 5770/GTX 460 should be alright.

A 15" monitor should be fine then, but I would still look into the possibility of getting a GPU upgrade if you can get one for a good price should you decide to play everything on high settings :)
