Yes, that would all work together very well , the PSU is on the lower quality end, so if you can find a cx500m (made by different supplier for Corsair). or a tx series, or an xfx/seasonic PSU, it'll be a bit better/more reliable.

I'm in the US, and prices are quite different here, i'm not well versed in what good buying sites are in other countries so i'm afraid i wouldn't be too much help, you've chosen good parts, so if those are decent prices for them where you are, i'd go with what you've got.
