Would three 60hz montiors work well with a single 120hz monitor?

Hello, I've got a couple questions regarding higher refresh rate monitors.

I have three AOC 21.5" IPS LED HD Monitors 60hz displays running on a triple monitor set up. I was thinking of getting a 120hz or 144hz gaming monitor to put in the center and do a 1 over 3 monitor set up.

But I was wondering if it would be an 'eyesore'? Since the higher hz monitor would be running at a faster rate then the other three 60hz montiors. I would think they'll lag behind correct? For example like if I was to do a Nvidia Surround set up in supported multi monitor game.

The reason I wanted to get a single 120/144hz monitor, was because I play a lot of CS:GO, some people claim that they benefited from the higher refresh rate. Although I'm not sure if it's worth shelling out the money for one. Monitors with G-Sync are even much more.

Got any advice?

I would think they'd look un-synchronized, since the monitor with the highest hz would be running faster then the other lower hz montiors? Just wanted to make sure before I decided to actually buy one.
