Question Would updating BIOS fix my problem?

I was wondering if a BIOS Update would fix my issues

My Mobo is GIGABYTE AB350M GAMING 3
And i have a ryzen 5 1600 processor.

Any help would be appreciated this is my main pc and im a uni student and i literally can't do anything rn because i can't even keep my pc open for more than a minute

Have you tried booting the PC with the 1TB HDD disconnected?

No, I haven't. It is currently 5:30 Am here and i need to wake up early tomorrow. I'll try tomorrow and update
