Would Xeon e3 1230 bottleneck on intensive games?

Hey guys, I'm gonna buy a new PC, having a Xeon E3-1230 with R9 290 4GB 512 bit and some people are saying that It'll bottleneck on intensive games, is that true or it'll just run fine for the next 2-3 years. The games I'm gonna play are FC5, COD WWII etc.

You'll be fine for 2 years. Once games start to use more than 4C/8T, you may see more of a bottleneck.

That CPU is equivalent to i7 4770, therefore a good one. There is no way to be sure, because we don't know how games will be optimized for more threads. But I risk to tell you all be good for a few years.
