Would you buy a Google Glass ?

The futuristic wearable tech we have all dreamed of is just a stones throw away . Starting 9 a.m. ET on Tuesday, April 15, Google will briefly open Glass purchases to the general public. Would you go ahead and shell out $1500 on this "limited" version ?

Probably turning 50 was a realization point for me seeing as how I was a half Century old////!, @%4#&%, it was a mental dilemma!, but as in everything as you get older, it quickly became past history!

I don't think that I'd buy them. Since this thread started, I think a couple people have gotten attacked or something for wearing them. I think the attackers thought they were being recorded or something. Besides they cost too much and I don't know what use I'd really have for them. I could buy like a really computer for that price. Of course if someone gave them to me, I might use them whether I got beat up or not. Or maybe I'd just sell them to someone else.
