asus z87-PLUs is a very good mobo for O.C ing and gaming. It has got good durability, good power phase design and larger heatsink.
Bottle necking does not depend on the mobo you are using but the processor(cpu). You have a very good(WOW) processor and it will not even bottleneck two gtx titans. So, don't worry you would just be fine.
It is a good one but I would go for ASRock boards instead.
ASRock Z87 Extreme4 is one of the good ones and allows you to apply bigger overclocks without much trouble.
Thank you for your response Luckiest Charm!
But overall, is it a good motherboard for gaming? 'Cause I'm planning on buying an I7 4770K and a PNY GTX 780, and I would like a good motherboard that is cheap and that won't bottleneck my GPU and/or my CPU.
It is a very successful and durable board supporting the best of overclocking and gaming. It would not prove to be any sort of barrier in any case.
Oh sorry, I was talking about the Asus Z87 Plus, not the Extreme4.
Yeah that too won't bottleneck as it is also one of the high end motherboards specifically designed for good overclocks and performance. You can rely on that one as well.
