Most hard drives made by seagate are quite reliable. And the price is quite good. I would recommend you buy it. In terms of durabilty, it should be able to take a few drops, but not from extreme hieghts. Just be careful with it ;).
How about this? I know its a TB less but it seems more robust

You arent going to get "robust" from an external HDD.
If you want rugged, youll need to buy an external SSD, the internal components on an HDD are fragile, no way around that.

So that being said, either of those drives would be fine, depending on your budget.

Yeah i have a 500gb Samsung T5 for files and some media. Im wanting to upgrade my 1TB hard drive which is 4 years olds with 980gb of movies on it
