Question Would you recommend this motherboard for my build?

That listing is a bit... odd.

On the one hand it claims to be a Z97 chipset motherboard, and on the other it's supposed to be an H97 chipset motherboard.

If it is an H97 chipset motherboard, be aware you wouldn't be able to overclock the i7-4770k; you'd need a Z97 chipset motherboard for overclocking (as far as I'm aware).

Well i have a b85m-e and left me to overclock my i5-4690k, is a really good motherboard none the less, but if not then go for a z97 chipset instead.
