If you have the time, researching how to build computers and a variety parts and specifications, will lead you to be able to build a cheaper, but more powerful computer. The new tech skill will have the added benefit of making you more able to repair and maintain your computer.

great PC. though i would go for a slightly stronger GPU, a one that can max BF3 on 50fps+.
i would go with the Radeon 6970. it's pretty awesome and it isn't too expensive. it costs around $170 and it can max out BF3 in 1080P.
go with a cpu that won't bottleneck (like an i5-2500k) and 8GB ram.
for me, the most important components are the CPU and the GPU since they have the most influence on gaming, so go with the cheapest supporting motherboard, power supply and case.
you can google this GPU+CPU combination if you're not sure, google's always the best way to go.
hope i helped! :)

To directly answer your question I think that computer is not a good buy, and would look elsewhere.
