Overclock the graphics card on your PC at work?

Because erm I just got bored and noticed a few interesting features in power strip...I am tempted...I am tempted...

BTW it's a Elsa TNT2, with stock cooling in a HP XM600 (like I said works PC not mine), what can I expect out of it without frying it?
