Wow graphics issues

Been getting some really weird graphics issues as of late.

Hoping someone can help me out

I should note my video card driver is up to date.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Looks like your graphics card is dying. You'll either have to contact the warranty (if it's still valid) or get a new card.
