WoW I have a framerate of about 7

Hello,
I'm not computer guy, so I don't know much. I'm going to be pretty useless. But I used to play WoW quite a bit with a framerate of about 30-40. still get that, but then my computer will go into fits where it only gets about 5-10 framerate. Anyone have some advice?

what are your system specs, and is this framerate drop random, or usually during times when there is alot going on or in a highly populated city?

If it's a sudden drop then it could be the CPU overheating and throttling back, or the power supply going bad. First thing I would try is dust out the inside of your machine thoroughly.
