Hello,

This is my config:

AMD FX 6300 @ 4.6 Ghz with liquid cooling / 40-45 degrees C while at full load
8GB DDR3 RAM (1 stick) Kingston
MSI 970A-G43 motherboard
1TB 7200RPM WD HDD
120GB Kingston HyperX SSD with Windows 10 fresh install, latest drivers - installed yesterday
AMD HD6990 Videocard - latest AMD drivers installed from their site
BenQ 21.5" monitor @ 1680x1200

Im trying to run WoW at Ultra (slider set to 10) and anywhere I would be, be it wilderness or towns i get max 30 FPS. There are no limits on FPS set in settings and Rendering slider is at 100%.

There are no background CPU/memory hog apps or malware, it's a fresh Windows install with just a few games and apps.

Neverwinter also runs very bad (20-30 FPS)
GW2 also runs pretty bad on High settings (20-50 FPS in wilderness).
LOTRO runs pretty well on Ultra settings/DX11 (40-70 FPS)

Please help me get wow running.I checked a wow legion video in Stormwind where someone with the same CPU but weaker videocard (GTX 960) was getting 40-50 FPS.

Solution
Sounds about right for your CPU and video card at Ultra, although you should go higher than 30 in less demanding areas.

I have a system with a faster CPU and video card just about the same speed (maybe 10% faster) and at Ultra I get to about 40 fps in most areas.
