WOW system build?? Update vga or new build.

I am looking for a new System Build. I want to replace my old one:

Intel i7-2600K
Asrock Z77 Extreme 4
Noctua NH-C12P
G.Skill Sniper DDR3 1600 8GB
Crucial M4 128gb
Sandisk 240gb
WD Caviar RED 1Tb
Sapphire Radeon HD 7850 Dual-X 1GB GDR5
NZXT Phanton 410
OCZ Fatal1ty 550w Modular 80+
Bluray LG
Samsung LS24D390HL

I want a build to play World of Warcraft at 1080p. At this moment i need to replace my Power Supply.
What do You recommend, change VGA only or change CPU, Motherboard, Ram and VGA?
I would like to wait for AMD Zen hit the market. Along with RX 480, 16gb DDR4.

OK first thing is whats your budget on this? Second that GPU needs a change like now 1GB of Vram is really old/bad. I mean I get holding out for Zen but you could get better than the 7850 for really cheap right now if your a big amd/ati fan you could get a used 7950 and see a large improvement in fps.

I have a 250€ budget for VGA. Right now I'm thinking about buying a AMD RX 480 or 470, depending on the performance difference between them. I dont like Nvidia. If Nvidia price drops, maybe i can change my minds. 😉
When Zen hits the market buy one and a new Mobo and 16GB DDR4.
Right now im going to buy a new Power Supply (I have problems with current one) Seasonic S12II 520 (I think has enough power formy present and future build).

Either a GTX 970, or better yet, a 1060, would be a better idea. WoW favors Nvidia. Good PSU choice.
