Yeah that's possible if they're on the same quest. But it's not always easy
for a lower level character, even if they're with a high level. Like if
they're in an instance together, the low level guy will get a lot less
experience for being with the high level guy. And if they get swarmed with
too many mobs the lower level guy could asily get overwhelmed and die.
