Wow-what does "Bind when equipped" meens?

I have some items that is "Bind when equipped". Is it permanent or can I
remove them in a while? Thanks for answer. Bernt E

You can remove the items. You can remove any Soulbound items but you
can't give them to anybody else. All you can do is sell them to an NPC
vendor.
