WPC-95 AV board blows fuses

Hello,
My Scared Stiff AV board has issues. The original board isn't blowing fuses, but there is a loud hum coming from the speakers. I put a new AV board in it and the sound came up with no hum, but all four of the fuses blew.

Errr, looks like there's something wrong with your power system. It could be the power supply, the cord you use to connect the PSU to your mobo, or even your wall socket/AVR/UPS!
