This might be a stupid question, but it's been bugging me; Does pushing the WPS button on an Xfinity Router disconnect all devices previously connected to it? I don't want to have to go into all my other wireless devices and reconnect them.

It only causes the router to transmit a special signal looking for a device that wants to establish a new WPS session. You can always just key in the pin number for the router in the PC rather than push the button if you like.

Note be sure to disable WPS in the router except for when you are setting up new machines. There is a well known hack that can not be fixed in WPS that allows someone to crack the pin code. The only solution is to disable WPS in the router.
