[SOLVED] Wraith Prism Cooler and Case fans both don't spin or light up

On my first computer build, everything seems to be working except my case fans and my cpu cooler. I don't know why or what it could be.

What are they plugged into?
If it's the motherboard,, which one do you have? And have you gone into the Bios Fan control section and tried turning them on manually? (ie - set speed to always be above 50%

The case fans are plugged into the sys_fan1 header, and the cpu cooler is plugged into CPU_FAN, LED_CPU, and the USB headers.
Specs;
Gigabyte b550 ds3h
Ryzen 7 3700x
Wraith Prism Cooler
Corsair Vengeance RGB pro 16 gig RAM
Rx 5600 xt

I have not tried BIOS Fan control, but I will
