Write limit on the SSD

Hello,
I purchased a SSD(M4 Crucial after much consideration, since that seems to be the most reliable SSD out there for the price) for the first time, and I'd like some advice on it.

I read that there's this 'write limit' on the SSD before it becomes obsolete and read only, and it's best to not install write-heavy stuff on it.

I also read that it's best to move somethings out of the SSD, such as:
1. Mozilla firefox cache and profile
2. Page file
3. Temp folders in appdata and windows
4. My Documents

Is there anything else I should do to save the 'write-limit' on the SSD? BTW, I installed the drivers on the SSD, is this the correct things to do?(people seem to be divided on this subject)
Also, is there a way to move appdata folder, or its sub-directory files(Local, Lowlocal, and roaming) to another drive? I read about a method of doing it when freshly installing Windows, but is there another way?
I tried moving it via the 'location tab' in properties and it errored my Windows so I had to reinstall it -.-
Or is there no need to bother moving appdata as the writing in it is minimal?

If I were you I wouldn't worry and do all that. I've had my SSD for over a year now, and have written many games on and off the darn thing and I really abuse it. I'm talking about big big games like a few of the Total War collections, civilization V, CS:S, Arma2/OC/CO, and a bunch of games that I have written onto, deleted, written onto again, deleted over and over again and I'm still using the the same SSD! I bought another one so I don't have to do all that deleting and writing.

On a side note, TW:Shogun 2 FTW!! Played the crap out of it a few months ago and hit 10 gold star in a few weeks...lol

Sure, I have two SSD's.

The oldest one I have, the one that has been used and abused:

Corsair Force GT 120GB SSD, it's the red colored SSD.

They are sold out because they are so cheap and apparently sell. $139.99 plus $30 mail in rebate for 120GB! I think there is a 1 limit to the rebate just so you know.

The other two SSD's I have:


Corsair Force 3 120GB SSD, now in my desktop

It was cheaper at the time when I bought it.

Corsair Force 3 60GB SSD, I just recently bought last week and put into my macbook pro, and take out the above Force 3 120GB and shove it into my PC for games storage.
Good deal for laptop you don't save much just internet and maybe little game use. Also saves battery, it increased my 15" macbook pro 2.66 i7 2010model's battery life at least an hour, and opening up any program is significantly faster. Boot up from start is done in less than 30 seconds on this lightweight beast.

But for desktops I recommend 120GB at least, more if you can afford it. The Intel 510/520 series SSD's are the newest and best SSD's, but are very expensive!
