write protection removal

my IT1172 USB Flash Disk write protection cannot be removed using the method like
regedit or diskpart or using permission methods.

suggest some methods to remove write protection

Try reformatting it with a different computer to see if you have any luck. You could also try using one of the formatting tools which some manufacturer's offer for their flash drives and memory cards, to see if that helps you with your issue.
Unfortunately if nothing works for you, the USB flash drive might be failing and it might be unrepairable. 🙁

A lot of USB flash drives will go into write-protect mode when they suffer a critical hardware failure. That way you can still get your data off the drive even though it no longer works.

You can try a low-level format tool (the HP one is popular). But more than likely your flash drive is dead.
