I copied files to a cd using the wizard in windows xp. I looked at the
properties and barely alittle bit of the cd was used to copy the 6mb file.
Can I add more stuff to this cd of the same content (files and programs and
stuff) -not music, pictures, etc. Will I be able to or is this cd not capable
of getting more info. I know that you cannot erase a cd that has had stuff
copied to it. But can more stuff go on it to fill it up more?? I used a
regular type blank cd-r recordable cd with 700 mb space. If it is possible,
how and what program can I use??.
win xp home and sp1

Actually one can erase a cd if the cdrw has that capability, but for used cds,
simply collect youre file(s) and then R.click on it,select, send to cdrw or
similiar device.

Just keep copying as you did with the first file. Once the CD is filled and
can hold no more data it will be finalized. Personally I prefer third party
CD Writing software to XP's built in burning engine. A super freeware
program can be found here http://www.cdburnerxp.se/ or one can opt for a
retail program like Nero or Easy Media Creator
