Wrong bios

i installed a wrong bios on my 945GCT-HM Motherboard BIOS.the new bios is not working well.pc is not turning off ,it restarts on its on.i have a hp pavilion a6330in.i downloaded the bios update from the hp site v5.25.but when i try to install it shows 'donot have minimum requirements' .i have windows vista installed .is there any alternative way to flash bios rather than updating it.can someone provide me bios rom file for my motherboard...........plzzzzzz

Welcome to the forum,
The solution is pretty simple. Find a bootable BIOS flasher - find a ROM for your BIOS and then flash it. I'm in a hurry - so I'll put more info in later.
