Question Wrong cpu temperatur

So as the titles says, my CPU temperatures are reading all wrong. I recently just bought my new AMD ryzen 5 3600, and motherboard. Everything is fine for some time when i start up the PC but then it suddenly changes the temperatures as shown with the pictures.
What could it be the problem?

My specs:
GPU : Nvidia gtx 980 ti
CPU: AMD ryzen 5 3600
Motherboard: asus prime b450 plus
RAM: 16 gb DDR4

I would trust hardware momitor for your temps because just been reading about Asus ai suite 3 think many having same issues with it!. I use Speccy to see my temps and I trust that!

The problem is that hardware monitor also shows some sketchy temps which is what i wanna figure out what is causing it
