I bought an Acer Predator Helios 300 a good but cheap gaming laptop a week ago, it has a GTX 1060, I was playing fortnite yesterday with some friends and it was working perfectly on max setting getting 60 or more fps consistantly, but then after a windows update fortnite has been running 3-4 fps on the same max settings, I was reading forums and so I checked what graphics card was in use and it is a GTX 630. Is there anyway I can change this back without needing for it to get serviced?
Thanks in advance

Solution
Right clicking on the Desktop and selecting NVIDIA Control Panel

Navigating to the Control Panel and searching for NVIDIA Control Panel

If you don't have it installed, make sure you have the latest NVIDIA drivers.

Under the NVIDIA Control Panel, navigate to 3D Settings -> Manage 3D Settings. Select the Global Settings tab and use the Preferred graphics processor drop-down to select High-performance NVIDIA processor. Then hit the Apply button. You may need to restart your computer.

This will set your laptop to always use powerfull card. You can set this option individually for every game in Program Settings' tab.'
