Wrong Graphics Card Reading In Bios

So basically, my motherboard is the asus z170-A updated to the most recent bios version of 3301. I thought maybe updating my bios would solve this issue (if it even really is one) however nothing has changed. The issue is that under the tool option in the Bios where it says my graphics cards information, it is reading the wrong version of my card. The card I have is the Asus Strix 1080 A8G which when I run programs like Gpu-z shows to be what it picks up from my computer. However in my motherboards bios it displays my GPU as being the Asus Strix 1080 8G, giving the wrong reading on clock speed and video bios version. I'm wondering If this is just because the 8G is the base model of the card and then there is the A8G and O8G which are just slight variations of te 8G. However, I have had some weird issues with fps when playing League of Legends recently and I was wondering if this could be an issue or if it really even matters and has nothing to do with the other issue i'm experiencing. Hopefully I'm just a worrying over nothing.

Just to confirm, you are just worrying over nothing 😉 The reading of card name and other details in BIOS means virtually zero in practice, likely a generic reading for a whole "group" of cards. Windows knows very well what your card is and how to use it. Don't worry at all.
