Wrong hertz, abit confused. (Kingstone)

Hello, need a help with my RAM.

PC stats will be lower (picture).

Bought Kingstone HyperX 1600mhz, 8 GB (Kit of two). Thought it's already OCed, but it's not. Works now at 1333.
Read countless treads about that and found that MB and other hardware matters and each case need individual settings.

I want save and stable 1600 RAM please.
I have Intel Extreme Tuning utilitiy, where i can set (numbers are current):

tCL 9
tRCD 9
tRP 9
tRAS 24
tRRD 4
tWR 7
tRTP 5
tWTR 5
Memory Multiplier 13.33
Merory Voltage 1.5V (cant sae 1.65!!! only 1.64 and next is 1.66)

Please, help me out.

As a general rule I don't recommend 1.65v RAM on the Sandy Bridge, 1.50v RAM is recommended. There's no long-term study to prove damage.

A Memory Multiplier of 13.33 * 100MHz (BCLK) = 1333 the variance is the BCLK bounces up and down typically 98MHz~105MHz. Currently the RAM is running at 1337.2MHz.

Kingston Kit; DDR3-1600 9-9-9-27-2N at 1.65V

Therefore in the BIOS manually set the following:
Extreme Memory Profile (X.M.P.) -> Disabled
Memory Multiplier -> 16 ; 16 * 100MHz = 1600MHz
DRAM Timing Selectable (SPD) -> Quick
/Channel A Standard Timing Control ; make sure both A & B are set as follows /
CAS Latency Time -> 9
tRCD -> 9
tRP -> 9
tRAS -> 27

Command Rate (CMD) -> 2
-
QPI/Vtt Voltage -> Auto ; 1.20v IF unstable
DRAM Voltage -> 1.64v ; 1.65 if available in the menu

Save & Exit = Yes

BTW - Don't use 'Utilities' to OC or in any way modify the BIOS e.g. Touch BIOS, Easy Tune6, Smart6, Cloud OC, etc - NONE of those Utilities are recommended and are instead the root of countless problems - IMO Uninstall ALL of them.

also changed those auto 11 clocks to 9.

going to play BF abit to test stability.

Should be fine as long as the sticks aren't bad. A good test is both Memtest86+ and Prime95 + Blend.

Bad news, as i received a message on a post screen about boot failture and all settings reset back to default...
