Wrong power pinout to HDD

Hi,

I made a huge mistake while sleeving Hdd power cables, i swap 5v to 12v and hdd failed. I bought a new drive thinking that i will swap the pcb and get the data but i failed that too.

Is there any way to recover data?

I have found the mistake and terminated all cables again appropriately.

I don't think you could do anything at your home to recover the data. You may need to take it or send it to a professional.
