So I bought a 32GB pair of DDR4-4000 sticks. https://www.newegg.com/g-skill-32gb...-32GTZR-_-20-374-106-_-Product&quicklink=true

When I select 4000MHz in my Asus ROG X570 Crosshair XIII formula motherboard, I boot up and CPU-z is showing the following:
DRAM Freq: 2000MHz
FSB/RAM 3:60
CL: 28
tRCD: 27
tRP: 27
tRAS: 58
tRC: 92
CR: 1T

Why are my timings nowhere near the advertised > Timing 18-22-22-42
what should I tweak/do in my motherboard to get the best performance out of this kit, or did I simply buy the wrong kit and this isnt designed for AMD?

The QVL on Asus' website shows the 16GB kit as listed compatible (I have 32GB kit, but part# is the same otherwise (G.SKILL F4-4000C18D-16GTZR 2x 8GB SS Samsung 18-19-19-39 1.35v)
