Every time I shut down my computer it starts to load and gives two beeps. then it says incorrect time and date.
it does NOT do it when I restart my computer, Only on a total shutdown and restart.
so, I boot it up and change time/date to current and it is fine as long as I don't shut the computer down completely.
I changed the battery, tested memory, hard drive and CPU. all are ok
within the last couple weeks it has started rebooting by its self, just goes black and reboots/restarts.
when it boots back to windows I get the "windows has recovered from a unexpected shutdown" there are No issues in device manager

today, I took everything out of the case and cleaned the dust, new cpu compound and 3 new fans.
could this be a mother board issue? I reset the motherboard/bios already
could it be a CPU issue? temps are 29C
could it be a memory issue? memory is reading correctly
could it be a power supply issue? it seems fine
thank You all for your help.
