I got used Asus Dual Rtx 2080 O8G and it is showing error code 43 in device manager.

I analyzed the problem and in GPU I come to know that there is wrong bios because it shows EVGA under subvendor option as shown here:

Then I searched that device Id found that on my Asus Dual there Vbios of this GPU you can see here as it has same device id and bios version:

After that I downloaded the actual bios of Asus Dual Rtx O8G from techpowerup but I got device id mismatch error as shown here:

Now want simple help from any technical expert here how can I flash the actual real bios on GPU by overcoming this device id mismatch error??

Solution
On the backplate of my gpu its written Asus Dual RTX O8G means oc version of 2080 while when I took off heatsink on gpu chip it was written TU104-400-A1 and 400 means the chip is not oc version because oc version chip is labeled as TU104-400A-A1 so I downloaded bios of simple Asus Dual Rtx 2080 8G and was successful in flashing.

Writing this whole stuff just because I was even unable to flash wrong bios with nvflash mismatch id disabled version.

So it can help someone in future if any of you encounter this issue he should first confirm serial on chip.

Lastly I thank you kerberos_20 for your precious time.

it's entirely possible the prior owner had this card under liquid cooling in sli with another reference card and just slapped the wrong heatsink back on at resale.

The Evga vbios was used because Asus limits power limits to 15%, Evga can be stretched to 25%.

Not something a miner would do, but something a gamer/performance junkie might.

Yes that's something that happened.
