[WTB] 1155 ITX Motherboard

I am looking for a socket 1155 ITX motherboard for a small build. The board must work obviously and I don't really care what model as longs as it's got some features. PCI 3.0 and USB 3 would be nice. Make me offers. Looking to not spend a ridiculous amount of money considering it's an old socket. Ballpark about 50-60 dollars? Thanks!

Do you have a chip you are planning to put in it? I have an ITX board for sale but it's 775. It's actually a whole system that would work good for an HTPC. I just haven't gotten a case for it yet.

Yes I already have an I5-3570k I'm going to be putting in there, thanks though.

Can you give me more information on your parts? I have a case, PSU and GPU and I want to get the rest of the ITX build second hand to save some money.
