WTB 120/144hz Monitor

I am looking to purchase/acquire a 120/144Hz monitor.

BenQ XL2420T or ASUS VG248QE are preferred.
XL2411Z would be accepted as well.

Open to suggestions.

I really would like to not spend over $200. I'm poor.

go for the 144hz monitor it doesnt hurt to have the higher refresh rate monitor for playing games .. plus the 144hz is more future friendly for newer gpu to be released
