Hello RGP,

I'm currently in the market for an Attack From Mars in good or better
condition. I'm willing to drive 500 miles from Orlando, FL to pick it up.

Please send pictures and a price to atomiced@bellsouth.net

Thank you,
Ed Klamp

I've driven 800 miles one way to pick up a SC. Others I know have driven
further for games. I'd drive 500 miles for an AFM if I had to.

Pinballs usually don't knock on my front door for some reason. :)

I heard they wanted to make one that did but the production costs for
the mechanicals on it would have made it WAY too expensive.

Ed,
Dont feel like your the only one to drive a ways from C Florida to
find a machine. I live in Deland and have driven as far as PA to pick
up a machine. There just arent enough pin collectors in the central
Florida area to get decent machines.. If you want to drop by and play
my AFM your more than welcome...

Ever hear of $75 to crate, $300 to ship, shipping damage, buying a game
sight UNSEEN???? Had you went and saw Bobby's Whitewater would you
have bought it? :)

Iv'e never EVER been disappointed with a game I went to pick-up in
person...I just walked away. No dealing with the seller 1,000's of
miles away, dealing with NAVL becuse they lost the legs or damaged the
cabinet.

Hell If I had all my games shipped I would have spent $6,000 in
shipping!!! To me that 3-4 more games I would rather have than giving
it to NAVL.

Out of 20 games I own, only 3 were shipped and I want to keep it that
way. :)

I guess your right. I have been lucky except with the Bobby mess.
On the flipside though i have saved thousands of dollars on pin
purchases BECAUSE i shipped a game instead of paying inflated
CA prices, taxes, etc.
