What kind of project are you in?

Just asking because it could cost you as much as something better and more recent.

It's for a homebrew router. This board has a collection of features that lends itself well to my planned application. Dual 1Gbe nic, accepts AES-NI cpus, pce 3.0 x16 slot, msata slot, mITX form factor, etc. I was able to track down eBay histories for a couple that went for what I'd consider to be reasonable prices.
