Hello,

Do you have an unused gaming pc laying around?

I am looking for a entry to mid level pc to get for my GF so we can play WoW Legion for a bit. I am not looking for anything fancy, but would like it to be in decent condition.

Please send me your spec details, including age of pc and overclock history.

It also would be nice if it was someone selling it locally in Las Vegas, NV (USA).

Thanks! :wahoo:

This would get you close, price wise, and handle WoW, just fine. I can no longer recommend a 750ti.

this is the best entry level build you'll get, but you should upgrade the cpu if you want to play other games like overwatch/csgo and the likes.

@logainofhades Nice! That build looks good to me.
@allajin What type of upgrade do you recommend? My gf only knows how to play console, so not sure to what extent she will play other games on it.

i'd definitely recommend a 6500/6600k, i3's tend to be a bit low on the performance side but you could buy a better used skylake and not have to upgrade for quite a while.

cpu's dont have performance degradation unless overclocked unsafely high, so theres no harm in buying used either

Yeah for GTX 1050 or 1050ti, if you want (or think you'd benefit from) a quad core, go with the i5 6400. Anything higher would be a waste since it doesn't seem you'll be needing a quad, but the quad may lend to the system's longevity, or it's capability when multitasking.

If your looking for something prebuilt I have a year old gaming laptop with an i7 5700HQ and a 970M. Granted these are laptop components and wont be as powerful as their desktop counterparts, but it is more than enough to run Wow at max settings. It has a 15.6" 1080p screen, 128gb m2 and a 1tb hd. Its made out of aluminum and is quite portable for its performance.

This is probably outside your price range but I would like around 1000 for it (got it for 1400)

Msg me if your interested

I have a MSI GTX 960 4G for sale. I bought it brand new 10 months ago and it's in perfect condition.

Let me know if you're interested.

Noobie here - Does that Processor have hyper threading?

And if not could you upgrade it to an i3 w/ hyper thread capabilities?
