(WTB) GPU for around 180 USD

I'm looking for something like a GTX 770 4GB or an R9 290 or a R9 380 4GB. I need the 4GB as i like to do modding of games like skyrim and I would also like a bit of future proofing with 4GB.

FYI I live in the Northeast.
