Looking for a GTX 980Ti, brand/model doesn't matter (Reference models are fine as well). Looking to spend around $400 USD. Aesthetics are unimportant so scratches, scrapes or scuffs are all acceptable as long as the unit is in good working order. I will pay via paypal and also cover shipping costs via UPS (if you can't ship via UPS I'm not interested).

Looking round, I don't think you'll find even a USED 980 Ti for under $400 (I looked around and found nothing). You may have to increase your budget or get a lesser card.
