Looking for new or used parts here. Hoping to spend no more than 400-475 shipped. Also if you are in the Bay Area I would be willing to meet in the middle somewhere and I can pay cash. Also, if you have DDR4, I would be willing to spend up to 100 on that.

Unfotunately with the pricing you have you are more likely to get a 4xxx Series rather than a Skylake. Demand is high and supply is low so half of them are selling for a profit right now. Food for thought.
