How about an i5-2500 ( non-k ) with stock HSF and AC Freezer 7, Intel DP67BG with box and i/o, 4x2gb Corsair XMS DDR3-1600 and a 2gb MSI GTS 450 for $210 + shipping? Not high end but within your budget and a near complete setup with the cpu being able to clock around 4.2ghz.
