[WTB] Lower-middle Haswell i5 (4460/4570)

[strike]Have an H81 board with only a 4-pin CPU power connector, so I'm looking for one of the lower power i5s, 4460/4570 or one of the higher S or T SKUs. Currently running an i3 4330, and while it's great in single threaded applications, I really find myself missing my old Phenom II x4 for other things. No substitute for a true quad I guess. Not looking to spend more than about $125, around $100 is ideal.

Also, I'm on the lookout for an OK-ish 2-3GB GPU to pair with the Phenom to send it off to old Canada-land.
Looking to spend around $50-75 on that. [/strike]
