WTB Phenom II x6 or II x4 940 or higher

Looking for a phenom II x6 (pretty much any model, but the higher the better) or a Zosma or high deneb II x4 (anything over a 940 or 960t). I really don't care if it is a BE or not. I would also be interested in a Zosma athlon ii x4 640 (part number: ADX640WFK42GR). My price range is 60-80$ depending on cpu. MUST BE IN WORKING ORDER!

I am located in Cincinnati, Ohio. Local pickup would be nice but I am willing to deal with shipping/paypal. Let me know what you've got and what you are asking.

EDIT: I would prefer an II x6, but if nothing turns up I will go with a II x4.

I have a used phenom II x4 965 BE I'm willing to part with between your price range. Shipping would be involved. I'll check back to this thread later today/tomorrow morning as a follow up. I'm currently at work and shouldn't be on here as it is.
